: Animania!!!
So, I went to Animania on Saturday, with my little brother. I tried to persuade him to wear the clip-on cat ears, but he refused. Ah, a sad sad thing. He's so utterly cute with them on, too. Still, he is young. At any rate, I had a marvellous time, and there were many excellent cosplayers - I was especially impressed to see somebody doing Jirou and Zelman from Black Blod Brothers, which isn't out in Australia (yet) and is therefore largely overlooked. A couple of Death Note people, some D.Gray-Man, the ever-popular Evangelion & Sailor Moon, Naruto, Inuyasha... Not too many, since it was only the one-day Mini-Animania, not like the longer one that'll be on in August. Still, I went, cheered, bought pretty shiny posters and stuffed chocobos, which were very adorable and I'm still not sure which one I intend to give to my friend, whose fault it is that I was even considering plushies... Anway. Animania. Awesome, and full of win. ♥ ♥ ♥
